How do I setup
my website with Seaside?
There are 3 simple steps to follow
1. View the available templates and get an idea of witch template you
like the best and move to step 2
2. Complete the payment link for the website purchase
3. After payment is accepted you will be directed to an information gathering
page. This form will allow us to collect some quick information about your practice.
We will then create a site based upon this information.
How do I know
what my domain will be?
You have the choice of 3 domain names, we will send a confirmation e-mail to
let you witch domain name you chose was available and secure the domain for
your use.
When will my
site be completed?
Your site is normally completed within 5 - 10 business days upon ordering and
additional tasks my require addition time. An e-mail will be sent to you containing
all login information for your e-mail and direct access to your website stats.
Is there a charge
for changing the content of the site?
No. You may make any changes to the site at anytime during your service at no
additional cost.
Can I add office
pictures and additional text to my site?
Yes. We highly recommend this to give your site a personalized feel.
How do I get
my requested changes to Seaside for completion?
You can e-mail them to updates@seasidedata.com.
How long does
it take for the requested updates to be completed?
We try to complete all requested updates with 24 48 hours but extensive updates
may require addition time.
How do people
find me on search engines like Yahoo.com?
We create and add Meta-Tags to your site and submit your site to the top search
engines on the Internet that will help your site obtain a high ranking. We do
not guarantee that your site will be ranked.
What else can
I do to improve my website's ranking on the Internet?
There are many companies that offer website promotions and include services
like, Pay per Click, Search engine Optimization (SEO), as well as more aggressive
ways to rank your website. Keep in mind that the cost for these services can
easily cost $200.00-$300.00 per month and be wary of any service providers that
"Guarantee" high rankings. If you are a Gold Member we will setup
your Google Adwords account to drive more visitors to your web site

Seaside?

Are there any
monthly fees or other charges I need to know about?
No. The up front yearly hosting fee/monthly payment is the only cost associated
with your service.
Is there a yearly
contract?
Our service Agreement is 1 year long and can be charge yearly or monthly.
What if I do
not want to renew next year?
Your credit card will not be charged should you choose not to renew.
Do I get to
keep my website content and domain name?
The website content and domain remain the sole intellectual property of Seaside
Data Systems, Inc.. The Domain Name is Portable at a nominal admin fee.
How do you bill
me for next year?
Your Credit Card will be charged at the same time next year for your next years
billing.
How much does
it cost to renew my services with Seaside?
You costs for the site do not go up each year, as you are locked in at the purchase
price when you sign up.
Do I get anything
extra for renewing?
Yes. You will have the option of moving your site to a new template and keeping
your website up to date and fresh looking.
How will I know when you bill me?
We will send an
e-mail and fax to you 90, 60, and 30 days before charging you for the next year.
